As our Business Support Manager, you're a critical part of our leadership team. About the Role: It's a dynamic and flexible role for a dynamic professional who isn't afraid to take a deep dive into our current ways of working. You will be integral to our continued development and strategic operations.
Providing supportive line management to our established team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
Finding creative solutions to remove obstacles and finding new ways to streamline our workflows, perhaps even using AI to improve our digital efficiency.
Working closely with the directors to further develop existing documentation, systems and processes and ways of working that support our ongoing growth.
Getting involved in our social, charity, and networking events, acting as an ambassador for the Browns brand.
Your Experience and Qualifications
You've a proven track record of leading and nurturing teams as a Business Support Manager or similar.
Communication: You're a warm, professional communicator who can build relationships across all levels of the business.
You're curious, resilient, and adaptable. You're a proactive problem-solver who gets excited by autonomy and the chance to use your initiative.
A full UK Driving Licence and access to your own car are essential.
A willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check and background vetting.
Sector Insight: Experience within a CQC, adult care, or healthcare setting.
Modern Workflows: A background in marketing or experience using AI tools to streamline business processes.
Induction: A thorough induction period to support your transition to the role.
