Business Development Manager | South West

We are working with a global insurance group who are looking to hire a Business Development Manager to drive growth across the South West, leading the expansion of Latent Defects Insurance (LDI) and specialist engineering insurance solutions.
This is a pure growth role-winning new business, building powerful relationships, and becoming the go-to partner for developers, contractors, housing associations, and key players across the construction sector.
New business generation across the region
Strategic partnerships and key account development

Regional growth strategy and market expansion
Commercial performance across LDI and associated services
Strong business development success in insurance, construction, financial services, or property
