Business Development Executive £26,000-£30,000 Base + Uncapped Commission (OTE £45,000 Year 1) Incentives | Structured Progression | World-Class Training
An exciting sales opportunity within a leading tech company specialising in providing tech and digital training to a range of businesses. Their products help people in the tech industry upskill rapidly, whilst also encouraging more people to get into tech.
Working with most FTSE 250 companies including Coca Cola, Barclays, Sky and BBC, this is a great opportunity for someone looking to start their sales career in an ambitious business. They offer incredible training, huge incentives including all-expenses trips abroad (Las Vegas this year!) and great progression.
Your role as a Business Development Executive will be a sales-focused role, combining sales and account management - a truly versatile role! You'll be reaching out to new businesses, existing businesses that have gone dormant and managing accounts to grow them even further.
The Role
Generating new business opportunities through cold calling and emailing
Building rapport with potential clients and showing them the value of your products
Reaching out to previous accounts and winning them back
Managing won accounts and developing them by sending proposals
Working to KPIs and targets
Who Are You?
Driven and self-motivated
Coachable - you'll always be looking to learn and improve
Competitive - you'll want to succeed and have pride in the work that you do
Strong communication skills - written and verbal
Ideally some sales experience e.g. face to face, door to door, retail or phone
