Business Development & Client Coordinator
We're looking for a proactive, organised and commercially-minded Business Development Coordinator to join our client's ambitious and growing team.
This is a full-time, permanent opportunity offering a hybrid working pattern (2 days in the office) and a competitive salary of £30,000-£35,000, depending on experience.
Working closely with the Sales and Marketing teams, you'll play a pivotal role in driving business growth. From keeping the sales pipeline moving and nurturing customer relationships to coordinating contracts, onboarding new clients and uncovering exciting new business opportunities, no two days will be the same.
Coordinate and manage the sales pipeline across multiple Sales Managers, ensuring opportunities progress smoothly.
Maintain accurate CRM records, reporting and sales forecasts, supporting the transition from Dynamics to HubSpot.
Arrange customer meetings and oversee follow-up activities to keep engagement high.
Create professional presentations, proposals, quotations and contracts.
Coordinate contract execution, customer onboarding and renewal processes.
Research emerging markets and identify new business prospects.
Collaborate with the Marketing team on lead generation campaigns.
Identify potential partnerships and keep up to date with market trends and competitor activity.
Build strong customer relationships and support tender submissions.
Grow into independently managing sales opportunities and contributing directly to business growth.
You'll already have experience in a business-to-business sales or business development environment and enjoy building relationships, staying organised and keeping multiple projects on track.
Experience using CRM systems such as HubSpot or Microsoft Dynamics (preferred).
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail.
A proactive mindset and a genuine passion for business growth.
The ambition to develop your career within a supportive and forward-thinking business.
If you're looking for a role where your ideas are valued, your development is supported, and your contribution makes a real difference, we'd love to hear from you.
