Contract Business Analyst | Finance Transformation | Liverpool (Hybrid)

Liverpool (c. 3 days per week onsite) £400 per day Outside IR35 6-month contract with chance of extension

We're looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join a major finance transformation programme, supporting a portfolio of business change initiatives from discovery through to delivery.

This is a hands-on role where you'll work across Finance workstreams supporting process improvement, requirements gathering, solution design, testing, business readiness and implementation, helping drive meaningful change across a complex finance environment.

What we're looking for

Strong Business Analysis experience within finance transformation, business change or operational improvement Expertise in process mapping, requirements gathering and stakeholder engagement Experience supporting projects from discovery through to implementation Confident facilitating workshops and challenging stakeholders constructively **Ability to work across multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment

**Retail, Finance or shared service experience would be advantageous. ERP experience is helpful, but this is not an ERP implementation

This is a role for someone who can take ownership, ask the right questions, produce high-quality documentation, and work collaboratively with Finance colleagues, programme leads and technical teams to move initiatives from idea to implemented outcome.
