Change Business Analyst - Permanent - c£32k

I'm looking for a Change Business Analyst to join a growing change function supporting a range of business improvement and digital change initiatives across the organisation.

This is a great opportunity for an early-career Analyst looking to broaden their experience, take ownership of their work and develop within a varied change environment.

What you'll be doing

Gathering and documenting business requirements

Mapping current and future processes

Engaging with stakeholders across different departments

Identifying opportunities to improve processes and ways of working

Supporting digital transformation, system implementations and wider change projects

Working across business and technology teams

What I'm looking for

Around 6 months to 2 years Analysis/Change experience

Experience of requirements gathering and process mapping

Confident stakeholder engagement skills

Proactive, curious and comfortable working independently
