Block Manager & Client Relationship Builder — Kensington & Chelsea
Location: Chelsea, SW3
Hours: Full-time, Monday–Friday (40 hrs/week) — with hybrid flexibility
Salary: Competitive, DOE
The Opportunity
A fantastic chance to join a highly-regarded, boutique Block Management team covering one of London's most desirable postcodes — Kensington & Chelsea. Our client manages a prime, close-together portfolio of buildings, meaning less time stuck in traffic and more time actually building relationships with clients face to face.
This isn't corporate, tick-box block management. It's a proactive, personal, get-ahead-of-problems approach — and they're looking for someone who wants to be part of that.
What You'll Be Doing
Building genuine, lasting relationships with leaseholders and freeholders
Regular property visits, keeping buildings looking their best
Managing Section 20 works, budgets, and service charge accounts
Chairing AGMs and handling LPE1s/pre-contract enquiries
Staying on top of fire safety, H&S, and compliance requirements
What You'll Need
12+ months' Block Management experience
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
A proactive, ownership-taking attitude
Qube MRI experience a bonus, not essential
