We are now hiring an Accountancy & Finance Recruitment Manager to join our Scotland team. This is an exciting opportunity to work within an established desk, supporting clients while building your own A&F market.

What you’ll be doing

Leading and developing a team within the A&F division

Partnering with senior finance stakeholders and clients

Overseeing delivery of mid to senior-level finance roles

Driving business growth and expanding client relationships

Supporting consultants in building their desks

Building strong candidate networks

Acting as a trusted advisor on market trends

What we’re looking for

Several years experience in Accountancy & Finance recruitment.

Leadership or mentoring experience.

Strong commercial mindset.

Excellent communication skills.

Ambitious and driven.
