You'll be managing and growing a portfolio of strategic accounts while hunting for new opportunities across the UK and occasionally overseas. If you're a driven, consultative sales professional with a marine technology background and real commercial ambition, this could be exactly the right move.

What you'll be doing

Managing and growing key accounts — shipyards, yacht management companies, and major maritime stakeholders.

Hunting for new business and owning the full sales cycle from first contact to contract.

Presenting commercial proposals up to board level.

Working across Bridge Electronics, Navigation, Servicing, Maintenance, Support Contracts and Airtime solutions.

Collaborating with internal technical, delivery and operations teams to ensure seamless customer experience.

Attending exhibitions, conferences and team meetings — and occasionally travelling overseas.

Keeping the CRM accurate and your pipeline well managed.

What we're looking for

Proven sales experience in the marine technology sector — specifically Bridge and Navigation.

A hunter. Self-motivated, resilient and commercially driven.

Strong relationship-building skills and confidence presenting at senior/board level.

A disciplined approach to pipeline and CRM management.

A creative, solutions-focused mindset — someone who challenges conventional thinking.

Willingness to travel in the UK and occasionally overseas.
