Account Manager (French Speaker)
Location: Richmond, Surrey
Job Type: Full-time, Office-based
Hours: 9-5 with 4pm finish Fridays
Salary: £60k-£80k plus OTE of £30-40k plus excellent benefits
My client, and award winning company specialising in a niche SaaS market is seeking a new Account Manager due to being in a high growth stage and looking to enhance their team with a motivated and professional Account Manager. This role is crucial for maintaining and expanding their client relationships, ensuring the continued success in our sales and customer service efforts.
Generate sales among existing and new client accounts globally, including upselling and cross-selling.
Serve as the primary and responsive point of contact for an assigned portfolio of clients in person and on the phone
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with accounts, ensuring consistent service across the organisation.
Ensure clients receive requested products and services in a timely fashion.
Communicate client needs and demands to the IT and Support teams.
Forecast and track client account metrics, identifying trends or concerns.
Manage projects within client relationships to meet company goals.
Identify opportunities to grow business with existing clients through a consultative approach
Coordinate with staff members working on the same account to ensure consistent service.
Service multiple clients concurrently, often meeting tight deadlines.
Maintain records of client contracts, documentation, and all communications within HubSpot.
Travel to client locations for business meetings, conferences, and trade events.
Degree level education or equivalent.
Fluent French
Several years’ experience in a SaaS role; Intellectual Property experience
Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
Eligible to work in the UK
Ability to travel to conferences and client locations in the UK and overseas, including travel outside work hours and at weekends.
