We're recruiting an Aftersales Account Manager to join a leading plant machinery manufacturer, supporting customers throughout the Bristol region. Key Responsibilities As part of this role, you'll:
Develop strong relationships with existing customers across your region
Identify opportunities to increase service, parts and maintenance sales
Carry out machine inspections and prepare tailored quotations
Introduce customers to service agreements, warranty options and digital support solutions
Deliver new machine handovers and provide equipment familiarisation
Keep accurate records of customer activity, sales performance and pipeline opportunities
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to uncover new business opportunities
Work closely with service and parts teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience
What we're looking for The ideal candidate will have:
Previous experience in an Account Manager or customer-facing field sales role
A background within construction equipment, plant, agricultural machinery or a similar engineering sector
Strong relationship-building and business development skills
A commercial mindset with the ability to spot sales opportunities
Good IT skills and confidence using CRM or business systems
Excellent organisation, communication and time management skills
A full UK driving licence
