Account Manager - (Home-Based, UK Only)
Nigel Frank International are partnered with an established Microsoft Business Applications Partner who are looking to add a talented Account Manager to their forward-thinking organisation.
They are keen to speak with experienced Account Manager's who have the ability to take ownership of high-profile customers and make a significant contribution to the continuous improvement of the organisations account management capability.
Responsibilities
Manage and Nurture relationships with a portfolio of high-value clients, acting as the main commercial contact
Develop and execute tailored account plans that align with each customer's goals and business priorities
Lead regular client engagement activities, including performance reviews and strategic planning sessions
Collaborate cross-functionality to ensure delivery commitments are met and customer initiatives are progressed effectively
Identify and capitalise on revenue opportunities, including account expansion, additional services, and optimisation
Skills and Experience
Demonstrable experience in account management or client-facing commercial roles, ideally within SaaS, ERP, or subscription-based environments
Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 Business Central or similar platforms.
Proven ability to manage complex customer relationships involving multiple stakeholders
Commercially astute, with a track record of retaining and growing client accounts
Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities and operate independently.
