Account Executive

Liverpool based (hybrid policy) | £30k base

We’re looking for an organised and customer-focused Account Executive to provide sales and administrative support across a growing business. You’ll work closely with the sales team to manage client relationships, prepare quotations, coordinate documentation, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

Support the sales team with quotations, documentation, and client communications

Act as a key contact for clients throughout the sales process

Follow up on leads, quotations, and outstanding payments within agreed SLAs

Maintain accurate CRM records and internal reporting

Coordinate meetings and support wider sales activity

Ensure all work is completed in line with compliance standards and company procedures

What We’re Looking For

Experience in sales support, account management, or client services

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Highly organised with excellent attention to detail

Comfortable managing multiple priorities and working to KPIs/SLAs

Experience with CRM systems, reporting, and documentation
