About the opportunity
The Officials Contact Center & Digital Mailroom is a team in the Operations department of N26. It distributes inquiries from various stakeholders and channels to the responsible teams, detects synergies and implements improvements in collaboration with the expert teams.
We are now looking to hire a Banking Operations Working Student - OCC & Digital Mailroom, that will assist the team in their daily business operations. You will also get great insights in one of Germany's most challenging and thriving fintech's while supporting almost every department in the company.
Support the process of sorting incoming mail and preparing outgoing deliveries of documents to be digitised by an external partner.
Process incoming digital inquiries and forward them to their team of pertinence.
Process incoming physical mail from branch office locations across Europe.
Assist the team in defining the correct internal responsibilities for certain types of documents.
You are confident with your friendly and communicative nature and have a reliable and solution-oriented way of working.
German and English fluency in both verbal and written communication is a must. Other languages like French, Italian or Spanish would be a plus.
