Workforce Analyst Salary: £46k + Benefits Location: 1x a month in Leeds Office - Remote Type: Permanent Role The Role:
Lead analytical programmes supporting workforce, pay and reward strategies.
Develop workforce models and financial forecasting to support business decision-making.
Create "what-if" scenarios to assess the impact of policy and workforce changes.
Deliver data-driven insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
Produce clear reports, dashboards and analytical outputs for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Support the development of workforce intelligence, planning and strategic decision-making.
Advanced Excel skills.
Proven experience analysing large and complex datasets.
Strong workforce, people, financial or operational analytics experience.
Experience developing predictive models and scenario analysis.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical findings into actionable insights.
Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
Experience with Python, R, SPSS or similar analytical tools.
Power BI or other data visualisation experience.
Previous leadership or line management experience.
Knowledge of workforce planning, pay, reward or employment-related analytics.
Experience working with large public sector or healthcare datasets.
Strong stakeholder engagement skills across technical and non-technical teams.
