Doctolib is looking for a Workday Integration & Analytics Engineer to join its People Systems & Performance (PSP) team. You will own the data and integration layer of Doctolib's HR tech stack and reporting capabilities in Workday. You will design and maintain integrations across all HR systems, and drive the team's upskilling on integration competencies.
Reporting to the HRIS Tech Lead, you will work in close partnership with People Strategy, Finance, Social Impact, Hiring, Onboarding teams, and the Doctolib Data team. You will play a key role in making HR data actionable for decision-making, while ensuring seamless data flows across platforms including Workday, Payroll tools (ADP), other HR and IT integrations, and future solutions.
This role goes beyond traditional WD reporting and integration. You will be the integration architect for the HR ecosystem — designing connectors, APIs, and data pipelines, collaborating with the Data team and other IT teams, exploring AI-powered automation (DUST our main internal IA platform, Workday AI Agents, MCP, WD Extend), and mentoring the team on integration best practices.
You own also fully one functional scope of a Workday module (between Compensation & Advanced Compensation, or Absence, Time Tracking), performing configuration and unit testing (autonomously for basic configuration, relying on external integrator for complexes ones), assessing impacts and being responsible of alignment with business stakeholders.
