Workday Finance Integrations Lead (Manager / Senior Manager)

***This role can be based (on a hybrid model) at either: Belfast, Bristol, Edinburgh, Manchester, London. The hybrid model is 3 days a week in office and 2 days a week remote***

A top consultancy is seeking an experienced Workday Finance Integrations Lead to join a growing transformation consulting team delivering complex Workday Finance implementations for enterprise clients.

In this client-facing role, you'll lead the design and delivery of end-to-end Workday Finance integrations, manage integration teams through implementation and go-live, and work closely with stakeholders to deliver innovative, business-focused solutions.

Key requirements

Proven experience leading Workday Finance integration projects

Strong expertise in Workday integrations, including Workday Studio

Background in Finance Transformation, ERP or Technology Consulting

Experience managing client relationships and facilitating workshops

Strong leadership skills, with experience managing onshore/offshore teams

Workday certifications are advantageous
