The Role

Your dream role

Behind every great Dreams delivery is a warehouse team that keeps everything moving. As a Warehouse Team Leader, you’ll be responsible day to day running of designated operation and small team who organise and prepare products with care, helping make sure our customers’ perfect beds reach them without a hitch.

How you’ll help the nation sleep better

Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in receiving, storing, and shipping goods.

Supervise and lead a team, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to maintain a motivated and skilled workforce.

Load and unload vehicles, handling mattresses, bed frames and sofa beds safely and with care.

Communicate with line managers and office to keep athem informed of all operational progress.

Organise and prioritise the workload to keep the warehouse running smoothly.

Work as part of the team to achieve daily targets and maintain high operational standards.
