Job Title: Premium Support SCE
Location: 8 Canada Square, London E14 5HQ
Rate: PAYE - £19.85/hr (PAYE) or £25.75/hr (UMB)
Work Schedule: Mon - Fri 09:00 - 05:30PM
Contract Duration: up to 31st Dec 2026
Responsibilities
Deliver rapid incident resolution via telephone, remote support tools, and direct deskside engagement as part of a premium support team supporting approximately 5,000 users.
Provide exceptional IT support to Managing Directors, senior executives, and front-office users in a high-pressure financial services environment.
Support and coach users on technology solutions, productivity tools, and best practices.
Assist customers with remote and hybrid working technologies, ensuring a seamless user experience.
Maintain effective working relationships with Customer resolver groups, UK support teams, and third-party service providers.
Identify opportunities to improve user experience and enhance business productivity through the adoption of new technologies.
Participate in the testing and deployment of new applications, devices, and hardware solutions where required.
Deliver clear, professional communication and high-level desktop support to VIP stakeholders, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction at all times.
Requirements
Strong experience working within a Service Desk, Executive Support, or 2nd Line Desktop Support function in a large enterprise or financial services environment.
Proven experience delivering remote and face-to-face IT support to senior stakeholders within a FTSE 100 or similarly complex corporate environment.
Experience providing VIP / white-glove support, ideally within front-office or trading floor environments.
Strong understanding of desktop technologies and supporting infrastructure, with the ability to prioritise incidents and provide accurate resolution estimates.
Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to assess impact and resolve issues efficiently.
Ability to perform effectively under pressure and manage competing priorities within tight timescales.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the confidence to engage with senior business stakeholders.
