What's the opportunity?

We’re hiring an Editor/Videographer to help shape how the world sees Fin and our AI Customer Agent. As video becomes central to FIn's Mindshare strategy, this role will play a key part in scaling the quality and velocity of the stories we publish across Advocacy, Product Marketing, Product, and Events.

You’ll bring Fin to life through modern product and customer marketing stories, demos, explainers, event coverage, social clips and demand gen content. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional partners to turn complex ideas into simple, human, visual stories that resonate with the audiences shaping the future of AI-powered customer experience.
