The Role
We are looking for a highly strategic, visionary, and technically adept Vice President of Product, In Store Experience. In this executive-level role, you will be the driving force behind our in person payments strategy, leveraging a deep knowledge of Hardware, Software and data driven insights across Payments and Loyalty to shape the future of our product offerings.
You will lead a high-performing team of Group Product Managers, Product Leaders and Product Managers, partnering closely with Engineering, Partnerships, Supply Chain and Commercial teams to deliver solutions that meet the complex needs of our enterprise customers. What You’ll Do
Define the Strategy: Craft and execute a compelling product strategy for Adyen in person payments globally, applying a strong, sharp product sense to every decision.
Drive Cross-Functional Success: Operate seamlessly with cross-functional (XFN) partners across Engineering, Partnerships, Commercial, Supply Chain and other XFN teams to align roadmaps and deliver high-impact products.
Build and Lead a World-Class Team: Lead, mentor, and scale a strong organization of Product Managers and Product Leaders, fostering a culture of ownership, technical excellence, and speed.
Champion the Customer: Act as a strategic partner to our most important clients. You will regularly present the product roadmap to key strategic customers, listen deeply to their needs, and help them navig
