Used Car Sales Manager – Wirral Location: Wirral

Basic Salary: £40,000 - £45,000

OTE: £65,000+ Uncapped

Richard Abson Group is delighted to be recruiting for an experienced Used Car Sales Manager on behalf of a successful, well-established dealership based on the Wirral.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious automotive leader to take charge of a successful used car operation, managing a team of five Sales Executives and driving performance in a busy retail environment. The Role As Used Car Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:

Leading, motivating and developing a team of 5 Sales Executives.

Driving the team to achieve a target of 50 used vehicle sales per month.

Coaching and supporting your team to maximise performance and profitability.

Managing the daily operation of the used car sales department.

Monitoring KPIs and ensuring an outstanding customer experience throughout the sales journey.

Working closely with senior management to deliver business objectives.

The Package

£40,000 - £45,000 Basic Salary

£65,000+ Uncapped OTE

Monday to Friday: 8:30am - 5:30pm

Every other Saturday off

Every Sunday off

The Ideal Candidate We're looking for someone who has:

Previous experience as a Sales Manager, Used Car Sales Manager, or experienced Transaction Manager within a franchised dealership.

A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Strong leadership and coaching skills with the ability to inspire a team.

A hands-on management style and a passion for delivering results.

Excellent communication and organisational skills.

A full UK driving licence.
