This role is responsible for the sourcing and purchase of quality used vehicles that have a full history and can be sold across the group. The role also involves the management of stock rotation and working with Sales Managers to ensure sales are as profitable as possible.

Role Requirements

The Successful Candidate will have

Experience of working within a similar role as a used car buyer

Full knowledge of the used car vehicle auction process

The ability to appraise used car vehicles to ensure they meet company quality standard

Excellent communication skills to be able to liaise with Sales Managers across all branches

Experience of working to tight deadlines as all vehicles should be sold within 90 days of purchase

Excellent accuracy and attention to detail

Good interpersonal skills are required and ability to use initiative

A full driving licence with no more than 6 points is essential for this role
