Location: Manchester (Hybrid)

Salary: £40,000–£50,000 + Benefits

Contract: 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract

We're working with a well-established and growing business in Manchester that is looking to appoint a Treasury Analyst on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative finance team and gain exposure to a broad range of treasury activities within a dynamic environment.

The Role

Reporting into the Treasury Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day treasury function, ensuring efficient cash management and helping to optimise liquidity across the business.

Key Responsibilities

Managing daily cash positioning and forecasting.

Monitoring bank balances and cash flows.

Preparing short and long-term cash flow forecasts.

Supporting banking relationships and maintaining banking platforms.

Assisting with treasury reporting and month-end activities.

Supporting foreign exchange and funding activities where required.

Ensuring treasury controls and processes are adhered to.

Assisting with continuous improvement projects and process enhancements.

About You

Previous experience in a treasury or cash management role.

Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.

Confident using Excel and financial systems.

Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships across the business.

A proactive, organised approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Treasury qualifications (AMCT) or studies towards one are advantageous but not essential.
