About the role: What's in the Box
As part of our European Logistics team's Network - Strategy and Optimization squad, you will drive the route planning for all HelloFresh deliveries within the Benelux region. You won't just manage schedules; you will master the delicate balance of optimizing delivery efficiency, enhancing the daily environment for our drivers and hubs, and ensuring an exceptional experience for our customers. In this dynamic role, you will simulate new routing scenarios and serve as the critical bridge between our production sites, distribution locations and external carriers.
Your agility and data-driven coordination will directly ensure that thousands of households receive their fresh ingredients exactly on time.
What you’ll do: The Recipe
Own the daily route planning and end-to-end transport scheduling across the entire Benelux network.
Collaborate with external carriers, fleet managers, and hub teams to align driver and delivery van availability with daily volume demands.
Test and simulate new routing scenarios to find creative ways to boost efficiency while respecting operational constraints and driver workflows.
Act as the primary, go-to contact for our regional distribution hubs, facilitating smooth communication across the supply chain.
