To achieve monthly & annual financial targets
To achieve activity targets including call times & volume.
Proactive management of accounts with the aim of maintaining & increasing business levels
Contacting newly registered companies to Next Intelligence, or brokers who aren’t assigned a dedicated TBDM.
Taking ownership of approx. 200-300 companies, with a mix of existing key accounts & new accounts
Tracking business levels for key accounts to ensure they are on track for their targets, and working with them to support increased business levels if not
Assisting brokers in the placement of new inbound enquiries for BTL, residential, 2nd Charges and some Bridging & Commercial, with the aim of Next Intelligence being used as a payment route or packager
Outbound calling to understand brokers business & driving new business opportunities for Next Intelligence
Strong communication skills: a clear and confident telephone manner, active listening, and ability to engage professionally.
