Due to a period of ongoing growth, we are looking for the next generation of recruiters with aspirations of building long term careers through to management and beyond.

In this varied role you will be part of a tight-knit team working closely with your manager and those around you to provide you the tools to succeed and manage whole recruitment processes from start-to-finish. This is a heavily cold call focused role where you will initially find businesses to work with, and then be responsible for sourcing the right candidates for the roles and then liaising with all parties to support them throughout the interview process.

Fast paced sales role - 100-150 cold calls per day

Working with business leaders across varying range of roles and industries

Supporting candidates with their job search

Managing the whole recruitment process

Uncapped commission and structured progression with quarterly promotion targets
