As a Territory Sales Manager, you'll have the freedom to build a thriving territory while introducing innovative antimicrobial solutions to NHS and private healthcare providers across Birmingham, Leicester & the North of England.

Your responsibilities as Territory Sales Manager
Identify and secure new business opportunities across NHS and private healthcare organisations
Manage the full sales process from prospecting through to contract award
Develop relationships with procurement, infection prevention, estates and facilities stakeholders
Deliver engaging product presentations and demonstrations to prospective customers
Grow newly won accounts into long-term partnerships while identifying further opportunities
Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, CRM records and awareness of market and tender activity
What we're looking for in a Territory Sales Manager
Field-based sales experience within healthcare or an NHS-facing environment
Experience selling into NHS Trusts, private healthcare providers or similar complex organisations
Understanding of NHS procurement processes and key stakeholder groups
Ability to manage a structured sales pipeline and deliver effective customer presentations
Full UK driving licence with willingness to travel throughout the territory
Working hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday field-based working.
