We are very pleased to be working with a well-established Bridging lender, on their search for a Telephone Business Development Manager, based in their Altrincham office.
This is an office based role, you will provide the first point of contact for introducers. Responsibilities include:
Generating leads within the market
Ensure there is a robust pipeline of opportunities
Follow up new business opportunities
Set up meetings for the Divisional Director
Undertake research into specific locations prior to setting up meetings
Build relationships with new clients
Provide backup for the Divisional Director, including answering telephone calls, texts and emails
Ensure that data is correctly stored and update on the company’s CRM system
Attend and contribute to sales meetings
Send broker packs out
Track and record activity on accounts
Submit weekly progress reports
Dynamic, ambitious, business minded professional
Experience within the bridging finance sector is ideal
2 years experience in generating leads
Proven track record in achieving new business and selling services
Detailed knowledge of the bridging market is highly desirable
Enthusiasm, drive and passion with a strong desire to ‘win’ new business.
Excellent Computer skills
