We're looking for a Technical Support / Data Analyst to join our Corporate Sustainability & SHEQ team, playing a key role in how we collect, manage, and use business performance data.

In this role, you'll take ownership of non-financial performance data, ensuring it's accurate, well-structured, and actually useful. You'll design and maintain automated reports and dashboards, turning raw data into clear insights that support decision-making across the business.

Alongside this, you'll support the development and ongoing improvement of our Corporate Compliance Management Applications (CCMAs). These applications are used across the organisation, so you'll help configure, maintain, and enhance them, while also providing user support to ensure they deliver real value.

Ultimately, your work will help drive better reporting, stronger compliance processes, and continuous improvement in how we use data to run the business. This is an opportunity to develop your career within a supportive environment, with clear progression and development plans to help you do this.

What you'll be doing

Data Management & Reporting

  • Own the collection, validation, and management of Sustainability & SHEQ data
  • Build and maintain automated reports and dashboards (Xls, Power BI)
  • Ensure data integrity, traceability, and audit readiness for internal and external stakeholders
  • Work with process owners to improve data quality and reporting efficiency

Analysis & Insights

  • Turn data into clear, actionable insights to support business decisions
  • Produce monthly performance reports for senior stakeholders and leadership teams
  • Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Support reporting requirements for bids, compliance, and operational teams

Technical & Systems Support (CCMA)

  • Support the development, configuration, and continuous improvement of compliance systems applications
  • Assist with application implementation, user setup, and access management
  • Provide technical support, including troubleshooting and resolving application issues
  • Create user guides and support materials to improve adoption and usability

General Support

* Provide ad-hoc analytical and technical support to the Sustainability & SHEQ team

Do you have what it takes?

Essential skills

* Excellent attention to detail

  • Advanced Excel skills (including complex formulas, data analysis, and reporting)
  • Ability to conduct research studies, apply conclusions and make recommendations for continuous improvement
  • The ability to handle data, manipulate and accurately translate for reporting and to communicate the story.
  • Interested in software application development for implementation of business processes
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Desired skills

* Progressed to higher education in a Science, Technology, Engineering, Maths Subject
