At Trustpilot, we're on an incredible journey. We're a profitable, high-growth FTSE-250 company with a big vision: to become the universal symbol of trust. We run the world's largest open customer review platform, and while we've come a long way, there's still so much exciting work to do. Come join us at the heart of trust!
As our AI and Technical Learning Manager, you are the architect of Trustpilot’s AI-first culture. Your primary mission is to build the confidence, curiosity, and capability our people need to work with AI in meaningful and practical ways. You will design the strategy that embeds AI into how Trusties think and work, shifting our culture from one that talks about AI to one that uses it every day. Alongside this, you will ensure our people have the technical skills they need to do their jobs brilliantly, whether that is through Tech Academies, apprenticeship-funded programmes, or bespoke functional upskilling in our Technology teams. Your success is measured by your ability to move the dial on technical proficiency, AI confidence, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Drive AI adoption across Trustpilot. This is the core of your role. You will design and run the initiatives, campaigns, and learning experiences that shift how Trusties think about and use AI in their day-to-day work. The goal is practical, confident, widespread adoption.
Build an AI learning strategy that goes beyond awareness. You will create a structured approach to AI capability building that moves people from curiosity to fluency. That means understanding where Trusties are starting from, what good looks like, and how to get them there quickly and confidently.
Consult with functional leaders on AI use cases. You will work alongside leaders across the business to identify where AI and new tools can genuinely change how their teams work. You will then design the learning and change support to make those shifts happen.
