Annual Salary: £42,000 - £47,000 - Plus car allowance, Plus Bonuses

Location: Southwest

We are looking for a Technical Sales Manage with knowledge in Lighting and/or Fire Alarms to develop and implement effective sales strategies in support of our business objectives. This role is ideal for a professional who has a successful sales history within an electrical wholesale or contractor environment and is adept at managing Wholesale or Contractor accounts.

Day-to-day of the role

Develop and implement sales strategies that align with business objectives and sales forecasts, particularly for new product launches.

Establish and maintain strong working relationships with key customer accounts, servicing their requirements and identifying opportunities for mutual profitable growth.

Maximise sales opportunities by proactively seeking new business avenues and converting these into profitable sales.

Plan, forecast, and report on sales activities in your area against KPIs.

Work collaboratively with all internal departments and stakeholders to enhance business operations.

Complete designs and attend site visits for customers as part of our comprehensive end-to-end service.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience in Lighting and/or Fire Alarms within an electrical wholesale or contractor environment.

Proven track record of successful sales.

Strong ability to influence and communicate effectively at all levels.

Professional, self-motivated, passionate, with a strong drive and ambition.

Must possess a full UK driving licence.
