Technical Business Development Manager up to £45,000 + Uncapped Bonus + Company Car

Bolton | UK & International Travel Help engineering businesses solve complex sourcing and supply chain challenges. We're recruiting on behalf of a growing international business that partners with engineering and manufacturing companies to source products globally, improve quality, reduce costs and simplify complex procurement.

This is a consultative business development role where you'll build relationships with engineering and procurement leaders, identify new commercial opportunities and develop tailored supply chain solutions.

Develop new business across engineering and manufacturing sectors.

Build relationships with Engineering, Operations and Procurement leaders.

Identify opportunities to improve customers' global sourcing and supply chains.

Deliver consultative, solution-led sales presentations.

Manage opportunities from first meeting through to contract award.

Develop strategic partnerships and new market opportunities.

Work closely with technical and sourcing teams to deliver bespoke solutions.

Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and CRM.

About You You'll probably have experience in:

Technical or engineering sales

Manufacturing or industrial solutions

Supply chain or procurement services

Engineering components or industrial distribution

You'll also have

A proven track record of winning new business.

Strong consultative selling skills.

Excellent relationship-building ability.

Commercial awareness and strong negotiation skills.

Confidence working with senior decision-makers.

A full UK driving licence.
