What You'll Be Doing

As a Technical Business Analyst, you'll sit at the heart of project delivery, working closely with both business stakeholders and technical teams to turn requirements into practical solutions.

Your responsibilities will include

Gathering and analysing business and technical requirements

Translating requirements into user stories, specifications, and acceptance criteria

Working with architects and developers to shape solution designs

Supporting the delivery of AI, data, and analytics-focused projects

Creating process flows, data models, and technical documentation

Acting as the key link between technical and non-technical stakeholders

Supporting system integrations and data-driven solutions

Assisting with testing, UAT, and issue resolution

Identifying risks, dependencies, and opportunities for improvement

Facilitating workshops and stakeholder meetings

What We're Looking For

Previous experience as a Technical Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role

Strong requirements gathering and documentation experience

The ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Experience working on data, analytics, digital, or AI-focused projects

Agile delivery experience

Knowledge of system integrations and data flows

Experience with Jira, Confluence, BPMN, UML, or similar tools

Understanding of SQL or reporting/data tools would be beneficial

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Eligibility to obtain UK Security Clearance
