Contract - Inside IR35

Day rate - £300 to £425 per day

Duration - 3-4 Months

Location - Wiltshire (Hybrid)

We're looking for an experienced Technical Business Analyst to join a fast-paced organisation on a 3-month contract. You'll play a key role in improving business systems and processes, working in a dynamic and evolving environment.

About the Role

As a Technical Business Analyst, you'll

Identify opportunities to improve workflows, especially in production and order fulfilment.

Translate business needs into clear technical solutions and documentation (e.g., user stories, process maps).

Support system testing, troubleshooting, and validation to ensure successful delivery.

Act as the link between technical teams and business stakeholders.

What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you'll need

A strong technical understanding of systems, APIs, integrations, and databases.

Process optimisation expertise (Lean/Six Sigma is a plus).

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Experience working in a manufacturing, logistics or warehousing organisations would be beneficial.
