This is an excellent opportunity for a Technical Business Analyst to join a high-profile digital transformation programme within the public sector. Working on a large-scale data and analytics initiative, you will play a key role in bridging business and technical teams to deliver impactful solutions that enhance customer and visitor experiences. This is an initial 5-month contract with a strong likelihood of extension.

The Role and Deliverables

Gather, analyse, and document business and technical requirements across data and analytics workstreams.

Act as the link between stakeholders, product teams, and data engineering functions.

Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications.

Support the delivery of solutions built on modern cloud-based data platforms.

Facilitate workshops, stakeholder engagement sessions, and requirement-gathering activities.

Ensure deliverables align with programme objectives, governance standards, and business outcomes.

Your Skills & Experience

Strong experience working as a Technical Business Analyst on complex data-focused programmes.

Proven capability in requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder management.

Experience working within public sector environments.

Exposure to the tourism, travel, destination marketing, or visitor economy sectors is highly beneficial.

Strong understanding of data platforms, data engineering, and analytics ecosystems.

Hands-on experience working with Databricks is essential.

Ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders and technical delivery teams.

Experience supporting Agile delivery environments.
