Since 1996, Upergy has been constantly evolving to transform the energy sector, and today we are offering you the opportunity to contribute to our projects as Technical account manager (M/F) on a Permanent contract basis at our site in Solihull.
Under the supervision of the ADM Director, you will work in close collaboration within the ADM Department alongside an Application Development Manager.
You will ensure the design and technical management of client proposals, acting as the key link between the sales and technical teams from the pre-sales phase through to project delivery, while guaranteeing the technological relevance and competitiveness of the proposed solutions.
Producing cost estimates and developing technical proposals
Defining the technical specifications for the engineering team
Acting as the liaison between the sales and technical teams
Serving as the technical contact for clients during the pre-sales phase and occasionally during project execution
Conducting technological watch and monitoring market trends related to the assigned applications
Higher education diploma or equivalent (Bac +2 level), such as DUT or BTS, in Electrical Engineering and/or Electronics
2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role
Proficiency in office tools, particularly Microsoft Office
Solid knowledge of Electrical Engineering and Electronics
Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly understand and master new products, concepts, and solutions, supported by a solid foundation in electronics and electrotechnical engineering
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and strong relationships with clients and partners
C1 level in English
Team player with open-mindedness, rigor, and strong organizational skills
Willingness to travel nationally and internationally

– Fixed salary: 30000£ to 32000£
– Variable component: 4000 £ to 5000 £ (based on your assignment letter, skills, and experience)
