Team Manager

A specialist provider of product protection, repair, and claims management services is looking for an experienced Team Manager to lead a high-performing customer operations team.

This is a fast-paced, service-driven role where you’ll oversee performance, develop people, and ensure an exceptional customer journey from start to finish.

What you’ll be doing

Leading, coaching and developing a customer service team

Managing performance, workloads and KPI delivery

Driving service excellence and continuous improvement

Building strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders

Ensuring compliance within a regulated environment

Proven experience managing teams in a contact centre or service environment

Strong leadership and performance management skills

Customer-focused mindset with excellent communication skills

Ability to work with data, prioritise workloads and solve problems quickly

Experience in regulated industries is highly desirable
