Team Lead Account Manager

As the Account Management Team Leader, you will lead a team of Account Managers dedicated to driving retention and revenue growth within a portfolio of small merchants transacting between €5K and €50K in monthly TPV. Your primary objective will be to lead a high-performing, commercially driven Account Management team that strengthens merchant engagement, improves portfolio health, and unlocks untapped revenue opportunity across this segment.

You’ll work closely with leadership and key stakeholders to develop scalable account management practices that improve merchant retention, product adoption and net revenue contribution.

This role combines people leadership, commercial execution and operational structuring, ensuring the team operates with clear priorities, strong accountability and a consistent merchant engagement strategy.

What you’ll do

Team leadership and coaching

Lead, mentor and develop a team of Account Managers responsible for retention and revenue growth

Conduct regular call coaching sessions, embedding sales techniques and objecting handling best practices

Hold regular 1:1s with team members focused on performance, development and engagement

Commercial performance management

Drive team performance against net revenue growth, retention and upselling KPIs

Monitor portfolio performance and identify opportunities to improve merchant engagement

Implement structured engagement cadences prioritizing merchants at
