About the role

Adyen is looking for a marketing leader with a strong track record in B2B marketing to lead Revenue Marketing in Spain & Portugal. This role reports to the Head of Marketing France, Spain and Portugal and manages a team of two marketing professionals across events and digital marketing.

As Team Lead Revenue Marketing Spain & Portugal, you will be responsible for driving Adyen’s regional revenue marketing strategy to support commercial growth and pipeline generation in the Spanish & Portuguese markets. You will work closely with marketing leadership and the local commercial teams to develop impactful programs that attract, engage, and convert high-value prospects.

The ideal candidate combines a strong commercial mindset with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced, international environment. You are comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution, and you thrive in building high-performing teams while scaling best practices across multiple markets. Proven experience managing and delivering projects directly, alongside coaching and developing a talented team, is essential for success in this role.
