In Germany, our Post Activation team owns the most decisive stretch of a merchant's journey: the first weeks after they go live, when the right support turns a new partner into a thriving, long-term business on Wolt.

We're now hiring a Team Lead for Post Activation. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll guide a team of specialists across our German offices, helping newly launched merchants find their footing, grow their orders, and stay available to customers from day one.

What you’ll be doing

As Team Lead for Post Activation, you'll own how thousands of merchants experience their first 28 days on Wolt. You'll lead a distributed team responsible for early merchant success — measured by whether partners reach their Magic Moment, stay reliably online, and build the habits that set them up to grow long after the post-activation window closes. Your focus will be on merchant outcomes, team development, and turning operational and performance insights into better processes across the merchant lifecycle.
