The Role

The L&D Core team is the engine room of Adyen’s global learning strategy. We are responsible for building the ecosystem that supports a culture of continuous learning through global interventions and events, communities of practice, and state-of-the-art tooling. We deliver the infrastructure, from Leadership Development and Experience Design to LMS and AI-driven learning, that empowers everyone to "Own Your Growth." As the Team Lead, you aren't just managing a function; you are the architect of this ecosystem. Your mission is to lead a high-performing team of Subject Matter Experts, defining the "North Star" for the future of learning at scale. You ensure our specialized work translates into "simple, unique, and bold" solutions that set a new industry standard and align directly with Adyen’s strategy.

Strategic Vision & Alignment

Define the North Star: You will play a key role enabling and empowering your team to deliver against our 2026 strategy of strengthening leadership effectiveness. Long term, you’ll articulate a clear vision for the future of learning at Adyen, connecting leadership and community-driven development, AI trends, data literacy into a cohesive roadmap.

Communicate the "Why" behind strategic shifts, ensuring every stakeholder understands how our unique learning approach drives customer
