About the team
Our Field Sales Talent Acquisition team is on the front line of growing SumUp's self-employed sales force across the EU,, spanning both established and emerging markets. We're a fast-moving team with big targets, and right now we need someone who can take ownership of the operational engine that keeps our hiring running at pace.
As the team scales across core and new EU markets to accelerate growth, this is a real opportunity to own the operational heartbeat of a high-impact hiring function and make a measurable difference to how quickly we bring great people into SumUp.
What you'll do
Manage and activate both internal and external referral programmes, finding creative ways to reach our self-employed talent pool and track payout reporting
Handle the full Express Hiring process for team manager referrals, working closely with team managers to ensure screening is completed correctly
Complete first-stage screening of all Meta lead-form applicants (averaging around 15 leads per country per day) before passing them to recruiters for interviews
Research and test new outbound sourcing channels, from social media communities to university networks, to grow our candidate pipeline
Conduct regular job board audits to keep our adverts competitive, well-positioned, and attracting the right applicants across EU markets
You'll be great for this role if…
Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, with the ability to track referral volumes, lead data, and job board performance without heavy guidance.
Experience managing high-volume, repeatable administrative workflows with accuracy and consistency.
Ability to spot trends in data, such as referral conversion rates or lead response times, and flag insights to the wider team.
