A small but growing HR function, the CPO is a brilliant leader and is keen for this role to have autonomy, but also to provide guidance and growth for the future. Strong benefits are on offer and the successful candidate will find a rounded role, managing and owning the full recruitment lifecycle as the true specialist within the team. As a result of this, we need a rounded individual, able to seamlessly move between the practical, admin side of the role, with the strategic, stakeholder management elements.
Building out a process and strategy for the future will also be a key deliverable. Our client has a wonderful offering, but is always looking to develop their EVP and Candidate Experience offerings to ensure their brand is better known within their specialist field.
Take leadership on all internal recruitment strategy, actively promoting the Employer Brand in the quest to attract top talent.
Full ownership of initial parts of the talent acquisition process, coordinating with and coaching line managers to input positively throughout.
Manage the starter & onboarding process, including compliance requirements
Build rapport with the talent pool over long term periods, via LinkedIn contact and network building.
Strategise and build an attractive graduate programme, sourcing the best emerging talent with the HR team
