We are looking for an experienced Client Resourcing Specialist to join our Internal Recruitment Team at our Canary Wharf Head Office. Working across workplace and facilities management services. You will be responsible for sourcing, attracting and onboarding exceptional talent for Front of House, Administration, Cleaning, Catering, Technical and Facilities Management roles. You will build strong relationships with stakeholders and clients, ensuring an outstanding recruitment service and candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment across a range of Workplace and FM roles.
Partner with hiring managers, stakeholders and clients to understand recruitment needs and deliver tailored solutions.
Utilise sourcing, networking, and headhunting techniques to attract high-quality candidates.
Create engaging job advertisements and maintain talent pipelines.
Support internal talent development succession planning, and retention initiatives.
Manage recruitment administration including vetting, referencing, compliance checks, and onboarding.
Conduct new starter onboarding meetings and ensure a positive employee experience.
Promote the business as an employer of choice and maintain excellent candidate engagement.
Support operational teams to ensure vacancies are filled and service requirements are met.
What You'll Bring
Recruitment experience gained within an agency or in-house environment.
Proven success recruiting within workplace services and/or facilities management.
Strong knowledge of workplace service lines, including Front of House, Cleaning, Catering, Administration, and Technical Services.
Experience using sourcing tools, databases and direct search techniques.
Excellent stakeholder and client relationship management skills.
Passion for delivering exceptional customer and candidate experiences.
Results-driven with experience working to KPIs and tight deadlines.
Strong communication, organisational and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
High attention to detail, resilience and a proactive approach.
