The role

As our founding talent hire, you will

Own end-to-end recruitment across our two core markets: Accounting & Finance and IT/Technology

Build the talent function from scratch — sourcing strategies, candidate pipelines, processes and employer brand

Source, engage and place high-calibre finance and technology professionals

Work directly with the founder — no layers, no committees, decisions made fast

Shape hiring strategy as we scale, with a clear path to leading the function you built

About you

Proven recruitment experience in accounting/finance, IT, or ideally both (agency or in-house)

Strong sourcing skills — you know where great candidates are and how to win them over

Commercially sharp: you understand what first-class finance and tech talent looks like

Ambitious and self-directed — you want ownership, not just a job
