About the opportunity
We are looking for a new mid-level team member to join our Talent Acquisition Team in Barcelona.
In this role, you will manage the full-cycle hiring for high-impact roles, serving as the bridge between the external talent market and our internal business goals.
Your Impact:
Strategic Advisory: act as a trusted partner to Hiring Managers, providing market insights and talent mapping to ensure we remain competitive.
Pipeline Generation: proactively build diverse talent pipelines for specialised roles through innovative sourcing methods and networking.
Process Excellence: rigorous management of our ATS (Greenhouse), ensuring data integrity and using metrics to identify bottlenecks in the hiring process.
Candidate Advocacy: champion an inclusive and transparent candidate journey, ensuring every applicant receives a world-class experience regardless of the outcome.
Project Work: contribute to strategic projects that enhance TA efficiency, candidate experience, stakeholder and team effectiveness.
What you need to be successful:
You’re a sourcing pro
You build multi-platform search strategies. You source, find referrals and can build employer branding campaigns.
You're tech-forward
You are comfortable using modern stacks (Greenhouse, G-Suite, Gemini, Workday).
You are confident and articulate
You guide stakeholders at all levels, adapting your communication. You remain calm and solutions-focused under pressure. You build strong working relationships and influence stakeholders across the organisation.
You love data
You don't just report numbers; you use them to influence hiring managers. You know your conversion rates and time-to-fill metrics inside out.
Operational Rigor
You are organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing high volumes without compromising on quality.
Background
Previous experience in Talent Acquisition. Agency background or in-house experience in a scaling environment.
English fluency is required.
