Talent Acquisition Manager Leeds City Centre (Hybrid)
Full Time, Permanent
Salary circa £30,000 per annum + Discretionary Bonus
Please note: You must be authorised to work in the UK.
We're looking for an ambitious, organised and proactive Talent Acquisition Manager to join our growing team in Leeds city centre.

You'll help clients attract and engage candidates through effective recruitment advertising, job board management, candidate outreach and campaign delivery. Working across a wide range of vacancies, you'll be responsible for keeping recruitment projects moving, clients informed and campaigns performing.
No two days are the same because no two clients, vacancies or recruitment campaigns are the same. You'll oversee multiple recruitment projects at once, writing adverts, launching campaigns, managing job board activity, arranging interviews, communicating with clients, analysing performance and proactively engaging potential candidates through LinkedIn and job board databases.
Working alongside an experienced and supportive team, you'll play a key role in ensuring recruitment campaigns run like clockwork, delivering an outstanding experience for both clients and candidates.
