Job Description
£38,500 per year 35 hours per week Remote Fixed term post to cover maternity leave, up to 12 months
We're looking for a Supporter Experience Manager to shape how supporters engage with RNIB and to help build long-term, meaningful relationships that grow loyalty and income.
In this role, you'll design and own supporter journeys across a range of fundraising products, making sure every interaction feels joined up, engaging and rewarding. You'll lead on product performance, balancing great supporter experience with strong financial outcomes, and use insight to keep improving how we do things.
You'll work closely with teams across acquisition, insight and marketing to develop end-to-end journeys that take supporters from first engagement through to long-term support. You'll also help build capability in the team by sharing knowledge, learning and best practice.
We're looking for someone with strong project management skills, experience of working in a complex organisation, and a proven track record of developing effective supporter or customer journeys. You'll be confident using CRM systems, working with insight and data, and steering activity to deliver customer-focused results. Experience of fundraising or the charity sector is helpful but not essential.
You'll need to be comfortable collaborating, leading activity, and supporting colleagues to build skills and confidence.
If you're passionate about supporter experience and want to play a key role in growing RNIB's impact, we'd love to hear from you.
