Der Job
Wir suchen Support Associates in Vollzeit und Teilzeit/Werkstudenten für unser Team in Berlin-Friedrichshain.
Du bist Teil der Live-Operation, schreibst mit allen Wolt Usern - Kunden, Kurieren oder Restaurants - und sorgst so für den besten Support, den sich hungrige Menschen wünschen können.
Customer Obsession: Wir wollen unseren Kunden mehr bieten, als einfach nur Probleme zu lösen. Jede Unterhaltung hat die Möglichkeit eine unvergessliche Erfahrung zu werden.
Team Player: Du arbeitest in einem Team mit internationalem Touch. Unsere Live Operation ist der Kleber, der alles zusammenhält. Damit stehst du in engem Austausch mit unseren weiteren Teams.
